just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our purchase of a soft mattress for my 10 year old daughter we had a bed specially made and therefore had to have a special size mattress. I ordered it with you on the Friday and it was delivered the following Tuesday and we are thrilled with it. I can’t get over how comfortable it is.

I just I had to write to thank you for the amazingly prompt service and excellent customer service I received when recently ordering a custom mattress from you.
I ordered online late on a Monday (about 17:15), 10 minutes later I was called to discuss my order for a Classic 400 mattress with custom dimensions (as I live on a narrowboat) to make sure of all the details and dimensions. Those confirmed, I was told the custom mattress would arrive Wednesday. Well I was a little dubious, a custom mattress and cover delivered by Wednesday?
Blow me down, Wednesday morning the mattress complete with cover and two pillows arrived!
I've had a chance to 'Test Sleep' the mattress and pillows now and wished I ordered them much sooner. I replaced the memory foam pillows I already had, with yours..... I had bought expensive ones from a major retailer previously, but never thought that much of them. Yours are amazing. Much more comfortable.
The mattress was to my exact dimensions and fitted perfectly. I've had really great nights sleep with no more waking in the middle of the night. The mattress is REALLY comfortable.
I will be recommending your company to other boaters and my friends, in fact anyone who's in the market for a new mattress!
What I really liked about your website was it was easy to use, and the testimonials section. Normally companies only put the 'Glowing' comments, but yours showed an honest company that doesn't pretend to be perfect, who can on a rare occassion not get it quite right first time, but will try their damnedest to put it right. This honesty is really refreshing.

I must let you know how comfy the new mattresses are. My husband is severely disabled and even he slept like a baby on his. I'm so pleased with them I'd like a quote to replace the ones on our bed at home. It's actually two Tempur beds bolted together to make a big one. The mattresses seem to be 77" long and 31" wide. They're quite difficult to measure! It is one of those electric types that move at the head and foot and has a slatted base. Or more correctly, it has 2, as each bed has its own controls.
Thank you also for the fantastic pillows, which were a big surprise. I realise your offer was only for one week, but I only came across it on the day it ended. If you let me know when your next sale will be, I'll be most grateful.

Hi,
I recently purchased a mattress from your online site and found it to be excellent value for money. I ordered it around the last bank holiday and it arrived the next available working day. When it arrived I was very surprised to find that it was vacuum packed it looked so small. When I opened it out I was amazed at how big and firm it was.
I let the air get at the mattress first for a couple of hours and when it was time for bed it was the best nights sleep I had in years. Suffering from back pain I found it difficult to sleep in the past and my old mattress didn't help. This new foam mattress is a godsend, I now have much less pain and find after a good nights sleep I have more energy. I have not stopped raving about it since the mattress arrived and have advised all my friends and family to invest in a new mattress from yourselves.

Re: Nightflex Firm Double Mattress
I've been waiting for a while after delivery of my mattress, to see how I liked it, before I wrote to comment.
Buying via the internet can be risky but because you have a 30 day return policy I took a chance.
I have to say I've been pleasantly surprised. The mattress is actually better than I expected and I find it very comfortable. I think the main thing I can say is that when I am lying on it, I can't feel it,
though that may sound odd.
One thing which I might say to other buyers is that this mattress is slightly firmer than I expected, so unless you like one which is really quite firm then maybe consider the slightly softer one.
Finally, I unwrapped it the morning it arrived, put it on the bed and left it the whole day to "recover" before I slept on it. There was a slight odour which very quickly went and I didn't smell it when I went to bed. I mention this only because I have noticed remarks (elsewhere)
about odours with foam........
The whole transaction was efficient and I am well pleased with my mattress.

Hi, i really must say that i am very impressed with trusleep! i purchased a nightflex firm foam double mattress and asked for it to be delivered on a saturday as this is the only day that i am home, the mattress arrived the following saturday after my order, also the TNT delivery company arrived at my door at 7 55am, so i did'nt even have to wait about all morning, hows that for service. i bought this mattress for the bed in my spare bedroom, but i slept on it the saturday night to give it a try, i do have a bad back at the moment and i found it far more comfortable than the orthopedic mattress that i have on my own bed in the other room, so i am intending to swop them over! i will use the new trusleep foam mattress, and put the orthopedic mattress on the spare bed.

The mattress just arrived today and I must say my wife and I are delighted. We ordered it for our sofa bed which we were really disappointed in the quality of mattress supplied. Our Trusleep is excellent, we are are having a baby in November and my wife's mother is coming to stay for a month so we wanted to make sure she slept comfortably and we are sure that she will now. The fact that it could get made to a custom size was absolutely perfect. I ordered a memory foam mattress on 19 May, which I took delivery of on 20 May - firstly please let me thank you for the fantastic service! I shop on the net all the time and this was one of the most hassle-free orders I've ever placed. I will certainly recommend you to everyone I know! The mattress so far has been excellent - my husband and I have both had back injuries in the last two years and we're finally having undisturbed sleep - we were previously tossing and turning throughout the night because of our back pain. (This was after spending over £500 two years ago for a mattress which was supposed to ease back pain but which seemed to make things worse!)
Secondly, I wondered if there was any chance of purchasing two pillows - I noticed that there was a 2 for 1offer if you buy a mattress - does this offer still apply or am I too late?

... we have received our mattress many thanks, it's great very comfortable. The first night was a bit weird, as I'd been sleeping on a really firm sprung mattress (which has seen better days) when lying on the Ortho 300 I felt I was sinking .... but touch wood it's our 4th night and I can honestly say I haven't had such a good nights sleep in quite along time and not woken up with bed sores or neck and shoulder ache. My husband also he had a accident last July and suffered with whiplash injury and I don't think he's realised but, he hasn't complained of neck, shoulder or back ache in the
past 3 days.

Thank you so much for your fantastic service. We ordered our made to measure Ortho 200 mattresses on Monday afternoon (yes plural there were three) and we received them on Wednesday morning. As we live on a narrowboat and have no permanent address we find it hard to purchase items.
There are very few companies that we have found in this country that would match your service. We thought we must have been back in New Zealand.
If we had known how easy you would make it we would have purchased them 12 months earlier.
The mattresses are beautifully comfortable and have made such a difference to our sleeping.

Well the mattress arrived yesterday, 7.30am, and my husband is very pleased with it. On getting into bed , last night, he said “This feels strange, it doesn’t dip in the middle!” So you don’t have to find a new home for a Classic 300.

Good afternoon Trusleep team,
I received my new mattress (Classic 300) yesterday and my first night’s sleep was pure bliss! I managed to sleep for 9 hours, but failed to feel any shame! I imagine sleeping on a sponge cake with marshmallow topping- without any sinking feeling, ie. perfectly supported and cradled -would come close to describing the experience. Because of an operation following a knee injury last year which put added strain on my hips and rendered them sore, I have been dreading going to bed many times in the last few months because of ‘old mattress discomfort’ but now will be looking forward to my bed every night!

It was delivered within 48 hours of being ordered, and we are so impressed with your service, and with the quality of the topper.

A good service but even more impressed that i was kept informed on how my order was progressing. Two downsides; the delivery man came at 730am (how prompt but early is that?) and, getting up on a morning now!

Just wanted to say thank you for a speedy service and a fantastic mattress. Before coming accross your website, we tried several memory foam mattresses. The cheaper ones (more expensive than yours) were very uncomfortable and the mattresses comparable with yours, cost well over £1000.

Trusleep sets the standard, as far as I am concerned, regarding value for money, customer service and product.
I made an enquiry, by e-mail, to Trusleep, around lunchtime on Thursday 15 March. A few moments later, I was telephoned by Colin, from customer services. He answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner and it was a pleasure to chat with him. As a result of my queries being dealt with to my satisfaction, I placed an order for an Airflow mattress and two pillows. These were delivered at 8.55am on Friday 16 March – less than a day later! The mattress and pillows feel wonderful. They cost a fraction of what I had been considering paying for a similar product elsewhere.
My sincere thanks to all of you at Trusleep; I am so impressed! If only other retailers were this good.

Thank you so much for a most efficient service, particularly the helpfulness of your staff on the telephone explaining to me what memory foam was all about. The mattress arrived the day after order in such a surprisingly compact box that I was able to take it by car to my mother and deliver and install it myself. My mother is 89 year old and arthritic and is absolutely delighted at how comfortable and warm it is. She now says - 'How on earth did I ever try to sleep on my old one?' (Which was 35 years old!)
