Free Next Day Delivery including Saturdays on all Mattresses!

(Please note; there is a delivery charge for toppers and pillows unless they are bought together with a mattress)

Trusleep were one of the first online mattress retailers to offer a genuine FREE NEXT DAY delivery service (ie. without building it into the price of the products). We were also the first to offer a genuine Full Money Back Trial on all our mattresses (excludes mattress toppers and pillows).

With TRUSLEEP the price you see is the price you pay, in other words it's the 'TRU-Price'.

Free Next Day Delivery

• All orders placed by 1pm will be dispatched on the same day for delivery the next day. If next day delivery is not convenient you are able to stipulate your preferred day (including Saturday) during the checkout process (see below for details).

• All orders placed between 1.01pm on Thurday and 1pm Friday will be dispatched on Friday for Saturday delivery.

• All weekend orders (placed between 1.01pm Friday and 1pm Monday) will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Order Tracking

• All deliveries are assigned a unique consignment/ tracking number which allows you to track your mattress or topper from our factory to your doorstep.

• Shortly after your delivery leaves the factory (late afternoon) the delivery tracking number is sent to you via email in the form of a link which you are able to click and instantly track the progress of your delivery.

Choice of Delivery Days/Dates

• Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays you may choose ANY day/ date for delivery you want. If next day delivery (as above) is not convenient for you then please enter your preferred day and date in the 'Special Instructions' box just below the delivery address details during the checkout process.

Free Next Day delivery applies to all goods being delivered to the UK mainland only. For all off-shore locations including Northern and Southern Ireland (Eire), Channel islands, Isle of Man and Europe please contact us before placing your order as additional charges may apply.
