30 Night Trial Information

Trusleep are so confident with the high quality and performace of our products that we automatically offer a 30-Night FULL MONEY BACK Trial on all our mattresses and toppers.

Put simply, you have 30 nights from the day of delivery to sleep on the product and assess its benefits. If, during that period you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will be more than happy to arrange collection and offer you a FULL REFUND of the full purchase price. 

It is important to note that (as with most other internet retailers) you will NOT be forced to pay for the return carriage.

30 Night Trial - Returns Procedure

1. You contact us via email or phone to notify us your intention to return the product under the terms of the trial.
2. We send out new packaging (returns bag) within 24 hours of notification.
3. You contact us again to confirm you have recieved packaging and together we arrange a mutually convenient day/ date for collection or exchange.
4. Once the product is back in our possession (usually within 24 hours of collection) we action a refund of the full purchase price via the original method of payment.

All we ask is that the mattress is well wrapped in the packaging provided to protect it on its journey back to Trusleep.

You will not be asked to fund the return in any way, Trusleep will cover the cost of the return carriage and packaging.

 Please note the 30-night trial does not apply to bespoke, Custom Shape or Custom Size products.
